Return and exchange
If the item does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days or exchange it for another size/model. (We kindly ask you not to delay the return/exchange and send us the clothes within three days).
We would like to remind you that the buyer pays for the exchange or return.
If you want to return the item, you need to send it to the address provided by your manager.
Please note that the presence of a marketable condition and a tag is required. Please try on the clothes very carefully. The clothes should not have a characteristic odor and the tag should not be detached from the clothes. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the company reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange.
After the technical office has inspected the item, the manager will create your request to the head office
The funds are returned to your bonus account.
